Our story
Where the plant and the person already meet.
We did not invent the chemistry in a turmeric root or an amla fruit. Plants and people are branches of the same living world. For as long as we have been human, we have prepared certain botanicals the way we prepare food — in a bowl, with care, as part of an ordinary day.
Two inheritances
Biology, and the habit of preparing it.
One inheritance is evolutionary: a body that already knows how to tend itself. The other is cultural: kitchens and herbal traditions that kept certain plants close. Primal Helix sits where those two meet.
The helix in our mark is that shared biology. The mortar is the human habit. The leaves are the plants themselves. We exist to keep those three honest: named botanicals, labeled amounts, no drama about what a capsule can do.
Why botanicals
A companion, not a medicine.
We do not ask a capsule to become a medicine. We ask it to be a well-made companion to food, rest, and the habits that actually keep a person well.
That is why we look to plants with long records in traditional wellness systems — turmeric, amla, ginger, peppermint, neem — and prepare them as labeled extracts, in vegan capsules, with the amounts printed plainly.
Ancient Defense is the first expression of that idea. Focused turmeric, turmeric with neem, and amla-only capsules are next.

Vegan hypromellose capsules. Formulas are gluten-free, plant-based, and non-GMO, as stated on the label.

How we speak
Support, not spectacle.
Dietary supplements are regulated as foods, not drugs. We use structure/function language from our labels — immune health support, antioxidant support, digestive comfort — and we print the FDA disclaimer wherever those statements appear.
